I would love slow-burn, tension, angst, awkward moments between people who are pretending to be a couple in public and slowly falling for the other. Or on the other completely different side maybe one becomes a prisoner of war and the other uses this to their advantage? Lux is a princess after all and Sylas is a prisoner trying to overthrow the kingdom. Things can get very political. Make it as fluffy as you want or as dark as you want. Just have fun! :D

Fandom Specific Idea: I was always sad that there weren’t more interactions between Vincent and Heather because I thought their power dynamic is interesting. I love that Vincent knows more about the world and what Heather represents than she does but gives very little. Just enough to make her freak out and question reality. So, any story based off of that would be amazing. This is also one of the few fandoms I lean into the A/B/O situation-minus the animal part-where I think Vincent watching/hunting Heather would fit really well, waiting for his chance to strike, slow burn.

I think a marriage between these two would be toxic yet hilarious; especially if it was accidentally done during a ritual to stop Dhalia. Or maybe Heather gives in if she knows it will stop whatever is plaguing Silent HIll and bring her father back. Maybe Vincent tricks her into thinking this, as another experiment to test the limits of the world only to find how truly binding it is or he uses it as a way to get information out of her only to realize he can't undo it.

Or maybe there's no case at all and they're just hanging out, drink a bit too much and after confessing their mutual feelings end up getting hitched only to wake up and realize what they've done.

Honestly, I would find it hilarious if Edward and Anita were sent to kill each other and in the middle of a fight realized how much they love each other. Or just Edward wants to kill Anita but during an undercover job he finds his feelings towards her has changed in a way he didn't expect them to.

For Anita and Damien, I just would love some character/pairing exploration here with them pretending to be a couple while on the job. I love how he can feel her emotions and how she literally needs him to survive yet he is so guarded to the point people don't believe he can feel his own emotions. If him and Anita were forced to married, would this change?

I see two possible directions for this request and I am equally excited to read both.

I'd be thrilled to receive a story about Harry and Mel's real wedding. We know nothing about how that day went down, but with them it had to be interesting. I really love them as a couple and would love to just dive into some fluff for them.

An equally fun option is a story where the problem of the week involves them throwing or attending a wedding. Maybe it's a fully staged wedding to confuse/drawn out the villains of the week, or a real wedding for a couple with especially bad luck. I'd love to see these two balancing juggling saving the day and keeping the wedding itself on track. Feel free to include other canonical characters as needed!

As you can tell from the tags, I am all on board with the standard Bagginshield tropes of Bilbo not realizing that the mithril shirt would be considered a dwarven proposal and deathbed marriages that turn out to be not-so-deathbed, and I ran out of tags but if you would like to run with it them being mutually pining idiots is also always a treat as are both of them failing to pick up on each other's courting gestures beyond the mithril (though more than, like, three misunderstood attempts and I start feeling really miserable for the one who's making the gestures).

I very strongly prefer that Bilbo live in Erebor if you have them deciding future plans together during the story; Thorin can follow him back to the Shire to woo him home, but I just never buy Thorin being happy there long-term in Shiretirement fics. Also, if you have them sleep together this is the only pairing I'm into where I have strong top/bottom preferences: Thorin topping, please. First of all, I'm familiar with the books as well as the TV Show so feel free to pull anything from them that you'd like (I wibbled a lot about which version to nominate since I generally prefer the book version of the pairing purely because he doesn't give her to Ramsey in it, but decided to go with the show just because her ending in it is exactly what I hoped for and never expected to actually happen).

While I have a lot of political marriage tropes in my tags I do genuinely ship these two, but the way I like it is when Sansa's reached a point where she can either keep right up with his scheming or is at least on top of it enough to catch him out and call him on shit he's stirring.

I like Sansa being very careful of choosing a husband who won't make her people think "Welp, the Queen's married, guess he's the one in charge now". A southerner from a tiny territory who she hopes won't start making power plays since he does his own thing better as a voice in the ear of power then as the one up front and center anyway might do it. Maybe she waits a good few years first to make sure she's well established in the eyes of the North as the one in charge (which might also help quiet potential grumbling over her choice, if there's a sense of 'Thank goodness she's finally picked a consort so can stop worrying about what happens to our barely reestablished kingdom if she dies without an heir.'

As for the contest one, while I do like the pairing I also like Sansa forcing him to prove himself after everything he's done, and as some of the other freeforms I chose show I like Sansa forcing him to fight every step of the way to show that his intentions are genuine, that while he certainly has plots in play they are not to her detriment, and has learned his lesson about the places in her life where she will not allow herself to be manipulated. Just because I ship it doesn't mean I want her to make it easy for him.

I know this one is an extreme long-shot, but I love the idea of getting marriage future-fic for these two too much to cut this request for something that other people might actually know. I prefer the manga over the anime, or at the very least when it comes to the ending (I turn my back on the heavy foreshadowing that their relationship is doomed, gimme the more hopeful tone of the manga).

Obviously even the tropes that aren't marked as secret/forbidden still need to be treated that way in story, since siblings, but I'm all for them embracing their own guestless secret ceremony and their own happy married life that all outsiders think is just a bachelor brother and spinster sister living together. Or maybe they just run away together to a country that will let them get married without seeing their birth certificates for anyone to spot that they have the same parents, and get to be openly married for the harsh trade-off of never getting to see their family or old friends again (or maybe wait until both their parents pass to do so, only being able to openly live as a married couple among strangers later in life?)

And I've realized while browsing the tagset that canonical incest (especially when Nanoka's admitted that she dreamed of being a mother but set that dream aside since she loves her brother more than it) can trump my pregnancy squick, so something where their birth control fails and they need to decide whether they want to keep it in spite of the much higher chance of it being born with recessive diseases, or whether to terminate it even though really would like to have a child together and Japanese law doesn't allow full adoption into unmarried families.

First of all, I haven't played H:FW yet so please no major spoilers from it (I'm fine with working in any characterization or backstory bits for Aloy that would be understandable even if you haven't played, and if Nil actually has any in spite of his survival being player-determinate I'm fine with that too).

Man, I have loved these two from the minute Aloy left Nora lands and the first outsider she meets beyond the border is this bloodthirsty weirdo. I love how he thinks that he knows her at a level she doesn't let anyone else see, and how even though she'll protest how he's reading her she goes along into whatever bloodbath he invites her to. I love how he follows her lead in how she chooses to face the camps, dropping into stealth if she chooses to be sneaky or following right behind if she charges in head-on (I know that's just a standard part of NPC programming, but if feels differently when it's a character you know delights in violence pacing himself down to a stealth player trying to snipe everything without ever starting into a real fight). I love how he, in his Nil way, tells her that she broke his heart by refusing to duel him if you find him before the final battle.

I like the thought of both of them continuing to travel post-game with their paths endlessly separating and converging, where either of them might drift off from the other at any time to do their own thing only for them to comfortably come back together the next time their paths cross however long that might be and it doesn't make their relationship any less firm. I like the idea of outsiders being baffled when they find out that there is a solid relationship there, even more for it to be a marriage, but it works perfectly for them.

You can lean into the violence and bloodlust as much as you'd like, or into places of culture clash that come from the way each of them way raised.

If there was ever a couple for marriage tropes!

First of all, I want Grace to know exactly what she's facing if she and Daniel start flirting with the idea of getting married, nothing that just has Daniel meet her first and swaps the role of the brother marrying her without proper warning. I'd most like something that's either set post-canon or where Grace (or both of them) time jump back to pre-canon so she really knows what she's doing if she goes "I'm not letting fucking Le Bail get in the way of my happiness; we are getting married, whether it's legally or not, and will fight the goddamned devil if he tries to drag us into a game over it."

For resurrection tropes I'd rather either that if Le Bail's fueling it it's as a clean prize for her victory without any hell-contract conditions applied, or some other force stepping in. If devils really exist in this world why shouldn't there be an angelic force out there going "Le Bail harvested who knows how many souls out of this deal that just finally got closed, we can help the winner steal back the one that was on his way towards redemption." I am totally fine with a resurrected Daniel having Hell-trauma, as long as it seems like he will be able to recover even if it takes time.

Thank you to whomever it was that added these two to the tagset, I saw them and immediately went "Yes I would like a story about their wedding thank you!"

I tried to pick tropes that could lead to something fun and breezy with as much as the cast as you'd like piling in for these two's engagement and wedding while they're just stupidly in love with each other. I imagine that when they finally get to a real serious let's start making plans and picking dates proposal it's a lot quieter than sudden train-roof declarations, the two of them at point where it's so obviously going to happen that it barely needs to be said they just need to find a long enough break in the craziness that's always going on around them to get things arranged (and also decide what name they want to officiator to use for Claire, lol).

Like I said, bring in as much of the ensemble as you want for this wedding! With how far their connections stretch out it could be the event of the underworld if they wanted it to- I can imagine Claire wanting to give that to her even if Chane doesn't actually care about a large wedding. (Does Ladd crash? I wouldn't be surprised if Ladd crashed.)

I'm more familiar with the anime than the light novels, but know the novels well enough that I won't be lost by Claire being called Felix or if you pull in Leeza or Renee or anything like that.

I love these two, and how by the end of the series the strongest relationship Bojack still has is with the dude who started out as the dork who apparently couldn't pick up that Bojack couldn't stand him.

I picked a lot of fake and accidental marriage tropes both because they'd be fun with them and because it feels right for them, but I would like for an actual relationship to grow out of it whether or not the feeling were already there (recognized within them or not) when it starts.

It it's post-canon I prefer Bojack to at least be seriously trying to keep on staying clean and sober for good this time, but within that it's totally fine to have him slip on occasional (or just barely be stopped by Mr. Peanutbutter or some other outside observer before he can). While I asked for a bunch of comedy freeforms I'm totally fine with touching on the dark side of Bojack's life within them as well, as is show appropriate! Like how many people that he actually gives a shit about would still be willing to come to his wedding, or accept the invitation to be his best man. How many will warn Mr. Peanutbutter that he's making a mistake picking him and does anyone think to make sure Bojack knows what he's getting into having his first marriage be with a serial divorcee?

But ultimately I would really like for them to find happiness with each other whatever the naysayers might think.

Anything with the slow build towards, yes, they each truly want each other in spite of everything (and everything being a lot), or how well they each fit with the other when they finally have a chance to try. While the crab rangoon ending does make for an easier starting place I really always like this relationship best when Ajay runs off with the Golden Path only to find himself more drawn to Pagan anyway (whether he changes sides halfway through or it only happens in the post-game after sparing him).

I was picking tags mostly considering them staying in Kyrat (with the renewed clusterfuck that would cause), but I'd be just as happy to get something post-game where Ajay returns home to the US instead of sticking around and connects with a Pagan that he spared there, and awkwardly feeling out how they fit in each other's lives when they're no longer the dictator king and the guerrilla rebel trying to bring him down.

I can never resist requesting these two when I see them appear in a tagset, I love them so much I think almost every fic that's been written for them was for me, lol.

You know, the only reason I ever got this ending was because I wanted to get the achievement for getting him to divorce then figured I might as well go for the match, because otherwise I would never be willing to toss Julianna in jail and not release her. So I was honestly surprised when I got it and it turned out to be one of my very favorites. I really like how we know from WoG that the reason he abstains at the vote of no confidence is because he's grateful to her for his position but thinks that she's completely mad for treating his sister the way she did, and it takes you literally making her the very best Elodie she can be to make him see her as someone he could love, and even then she really has to work for it to make him consider marrying someone so young showing that she must genuinely want to be with him to bother. And, honestly, it just makes me happy for the poor guy to finally have someone who really wants him.

Really, just anything building up this relationship, with Elodie slowly convincing Ignatius that, yeah, there are potential matches for her that are closer to her own age or better options politically, but for whatever reason she wants to marry him and that is it for her. And that she was someone who could make him happy as well. Why did she choose him (whims of the player aside)? From how long their courtship took, at a time when I'm sure the whole country was itching for her to produce an heir ASAP considering all that had happened, presumably she had to have chosen him out of real affection, but what sparked that? And I'm always down for them tackling the Julianna issue, with Ignatius going "Listen, there is no way my sister is a traitor, you really need to pardon her (without giving her back her title plz)."

Awhile back I got hit with a burst of nostalgia for this pairing last year that has yet to go away. I love their combination of clashing with each other and trusting each other, and how aware Roy needs to be of the optics of anything to happen between them--both with the age difference and the chain of commands--while Ed doesn't care at all about things like that.

I would prefer just acting like their world is fine with same-sex marriages for the sake of this, if you go with one of the freeforms involving scandal let it come from those things that would be scandalous regardless of their genders.

On the great debate over whether or not to run with Ed losing his alchemy post-canon my personal preference is that his sacrifice does remove his alchemy abilities for the time being but that either he can essentially "rebuild" his gate by going back to square one and relearning alchemy like a normal person or that the alchemy he knew is cut off forever but he's not barred from learning alkahestry or some other nations version of the skill.
