I am not the nominator but I know that there was a Mephisto crossover event between Marvel & Top Cow called "Devil's Reign" which heavily featured both Wolverine and Witchblade than ran for about a dozen issues. That might still make it a Crossover item, since Top Cow & Marvel traded primary publication on those issues, I don't know.

Hello! Thank you for mentioning this, it hadn't come up in our research. We've decided to leave this ship in crossovers for now.
