Hello! We consider fandoms distinct if they are independently present in the tagset. To use your example, Captain America, Iron Man and Moon Knight fall under the Marvel Cinematic Universe fandom in the tagset, so we count that as only one distinct fandom, sorry.
Just Married is a multifandom exchange, so if you're primarily in one fandom only, it may be a little harder to participate. Some options you could consider:
Are there other media you could make fanwork for - past fandoms, or tv/movies/books you've seen but aren't in the fandom?
We have Original Works nominations, which are for creating an original story around the nominated relationship and any optional details given by the requester. Might any of the nominated relationship dynamics interest you?
